During the month of July, Coonawarra's cellar doors open special release and hard to find wines. At Wynns, we've been opening past vintages of the Black Label Cabernet, with the 2000 being the most popular with the tasters. We have also pulled the corks on a few older Shiraz and Cabernet Shiraz Merlot's, with the '99 being the standout. Cellar Dwellars is on every July in Coonawarra.
